I don’t believe in quick fixes or fad diets—if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Instead, I take a non-diet, individualized approach that focuses on long-term behavior change. Every client is unique, and I tailor my guidance to meet each person's specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle. My practice emphasizes mindful, sustainable strategies that help you build a healthier relationship with food and develop intuitive eating habits.
